In 2008, Therma Tech was established in Central Valley, city of Turlock in Stanislaus County. Within the first year in business, we expanded our services coverage to all the cities and surrounding urban towns, both in Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. In response to our customer’s demand, we opened a new operation center in San Jose in 2012, covering all surrounding cities in Santa Clara County and the neighboring municipalities. Our approach is mainly focused in providing the repair, upgrade, and new installation of heating and air conditioning systems to a broad range of customer including; single family homes, condominiums, town homes, apartment complexes, retirement facilities, schools, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, commercial buildings and many other facilities. We do this by offering our highly trained team of technicians who take great pride in their work in providing such services. We work on wide range of brand name products and offer the best warranty plans at the most affordable and moderate cost to our customers. Our expert technicians are certified by North American Technical Excellency (NATE), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Our service vehicles are stocked fully in response to emergencies, eliminating wait time to order spare parts, during repairs. We personally respond to all customer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not a voice machine. We offer a standard call charge, NO hidden fees, NO overtime or after hours charge.
