A couple of torn screens after replacement, were repaired without question. The patio screen is a little loose.

They did the job and it was ready when promised. The screens look good. They also put tabs on to assist in putting therm in and out. It was much cheaper than buying new screens.

The screen came out great and fit perfectly. 5 screens

Screen doors were repaired and done a day or two early.

To be honest, I can't say enough good things about the process of ordering through The Screen Shop.
From the time I entered their showroom, they were friendly and helped me to select the best product for my needs. They have incredible knowledge of the products they sell and can guide you to exactly what you need. There was no attempt to upsell and in some cases they even talked me out of extras that I really didn't need. They are also flexible in fine-tuning the order to any changes in the types of window you need or specialty glass. And if there are any issues with the order or the install they work directly with the manufacturer to make sure these issues are addressed.
The contractor they work with for the install also does an excellent job. They left a clean job site every day and made sure that the house was secure before wrapping up for the day. From the window installation to the work on the trim to the matching of the existing stucco, I can't say enough about the job they did.

we had the work done on 2 dates-  the window was done in late June and took about 4 hours.  The (2) sliding glass doors were removed and re-installed on 2/3 july.  the work was done quickly, and looks great.  this is the 3rd house the screen shop has serviced for me-  hands down the only people we call for door/screen/ window service and replacement.

They were excellent and fantastic people.  They did an excellent job.  It was not easy job to do because they needed to do some adjustments but it turned out great and a wonderful job.  They were very nice people and a joy to work with.

Picked up screens, replaced them at shop, and delivered them within a few days.

They were double pained windows and sliding glass doors. They were excellent from beginning to end. They took a lot of pride in their work. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He gave us excellent advice on the kind of windows that we needed. We were going to have a bunch of construction done throughout the house and he showed us how the retro fit windows would save us all of that. We appreciated his candor and his honesty. He and his crew did a wonderful job. They finished the job in a couple of days. One of the crew members was afraid of heights and one of the windows was 25 feet to get to it and he did it anyways and he did a beautiful job. One of the decorative panels came off and he came back and fixed it. No questions and no charge to fix it. I would use them again.

Super experience. Job was sold by John Sr., but alas he is no longer with us (RIP John), but I am sure the family will continue his great service

They were able to redo a hinge when everybody else said the entire door had to be replaced.

Very professional. Representative came to the house so I could pick exactly what I wanted, and then ordered item. Approx. 3 weeks later item came in and installed showed up on time to do all the prep work and install the screen door. It looks great and have no gaps whatsoever around the screen. Has a double bolt so feel very secure.

We went to the store to see what options they offer. At the time we set up an appointment for the installer to come out and taken the measurement of the door. He showed up on the date, we had the appointment. We paid him $100 in advance so he can be sure we were not going to cancel the order. Once the door arrived, appointment was made to come and install it. Everything went smooth.

This company is awesome! We gutted our entire Santa Clara Home and this company was by far one of our favorites to work with. Not only were they extremely friendly and professional but they were knowledgable about the job. They answered all questions that we had and were very patient with us when deciding on what company to use and if we really wanted vinyl windows! We would recommend this company to anyone and suggest you consider them for any replacement windows. We were really bummed that they do not do entry doors because we would have loved to use them :)

A knowledgeable person answered the phone, and gave an estimate. Saturday morning, I took in a sample screen which she measured, told me she could add a spring-y thing to hold it in place, and that I could pick it up on Wednesday. It was ready when I arrived. Attentive and friendly. Open Saturdays.

I had The Screen Shop make 5 replacement screens for me. 3 were for aluminum sliding windows and were based on the original screens that were falling apart. They made identical replacements (almost identical save for the use of more modern tabs and attachment pieces). The other 2 were for wood frame double hung windows which I took the measurements for and had them made to fit (they calculated the appropriate deduction for the hardware). All screens were well made and fit well. When I picked up the screens, the hardware I had ordered to mount the screens to the wood frame windows were missing. I didn't notice this until I got all the way home (12 miles away.) I called them and they came and delivered the hardware (worth about $4) to my door! This was exceptional service.

It is a family business and they have been in this business for a long time. I feel like they discuss all the options with me. They give their recommendations. I could have gotten a new screen door for like $350 and that's a lot more money for them, but they didn't push me towards that at all. We talked about different options for re-screening and what would work and what wouldn't work and what they would do. They are very reliable. I would use them again in the future.

Great experience. Showed me all the available options and gave plusses and minusses. Chose the cheapest option. Ready for pickup on time and was just right. Store is now a little hard to find. A new Lowe's has gone in and the roads are re-routed. My three year old GPS didn't have the update. But, the Screen Shop has put up blue and white signs. Once you spot them, just follow them.

Josh came out to install the doors right on time. He worked very hard and one of the screen doors was a tight fit but he worked hard to shave the door to make sure it fit just right. He was very professional and courteous, very polite. He kept us informed of how long he would take and what he was doing. It was a very nice experience. He was done in about 3 hours with both doors. We are very happy with our new screen doors. They look great.
