Michael means well, but was unequal to the task of marketing my home or closing the deal with my buyers. The second realtor I worked with did succeed, admirably. Also, Michael was not good at keeping me updated on the ongoing status in a timely manner.

This was a very positive experience. I think I might have been the realtors worst nightmare. I did not know what lifestyle I was looking for, what area I wanted to live in, or what I wanted to pay. Michael helped me through it all with great patience. He also has a long history in the realestate market in San Jose and was very very knowledgeable. In the end, I have a home I love and is perfect.
