THE HOME LOAN CENTER

We have used Dan and Elizabeth at the Home Loan Center a few times over the past 11 years. We have never received anything other than stellar service. From start to finish, they walk you through the process. If you are new to property purchases, Dan can give you any and all the information you will need. He is highly knowledgeable in the financial industry and will also explain it to you in laymans terms if you need that (like I do!) Elizabeth is professional, yet friendly, and is an excellent compliment to Dan. The last time we needed a loan, we were unable to secure a traditional mortgage due to being new business owners. Even though we were pursuing financing through our Credit Union, Dan walked us through the process and brought up the concerns he had. He gave us the information we needed to ask. By doing so, he saved us close to 2 weeks worth of trouble on the other end, because we had the information the credit union did not give us, and were able to ask them instead. He even offered to call the credit union on our behalf if we weren't comfortable asking the questions, or didn't understand. We have referred friends and family to them, who have also used them multiple times, and will continue to do so. I only rated their price as a "B" because just as any other broker, they tend to have higher fees than a credit union. - but for all I know, the cost is the same and a bank hides their fees elsewhere. USE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE THAT YOU ARE GETTING THE BEST!!
