Home Depot offers a good selection of quality products with great prices. The employees are courteous and professional. They are punctual in their delivery times. Home Depot will beat their competitors prices. I will continue to give them repeat business and also refer Home Depot to others.

Their attitude was uncaring and unprofessional. My installer was told to leave the job midway through the re-installation. I overheard him telling the tile installer "who cares what the customer wants?" They are now threatening to not pay the installer even though they have not filed a claim through the manufacturer and they have not paid me for the second set of tiles, although the first set was clearly defective.

I would never use Home Depot again for an older home repair. They did a good job on the windows, but the front door was a disaster. They tore the old door out, completely destroying it in the process, and then they informed me that because my old house had a header over the door that was not up to modern codes they could not install the new door without major additional work, which they said was because of their policy of guaranteeing their work. They said they would have to replace the header over the door, which was major work that would require a building permit, so I would have to wait months to have a front door put back on my house - just as winter rains and cold weather were starting. I had to phone a friend's boyfriend to come over and give me some emergency help to put the new door on, but of course, none of it ended up being done as well as I expected when I hired Home Depot. Stay away from Home Depot if you have an old house!

My kitchen really looks great! Home Depot was very accommodating and quick as we put this project together. They were very helpful to me trying to decide on things I wanted. The workmanship was very good too! I call on them for other services as well.

The entire experience was refreshingly pleasant. The Hillsdale Home Depot door sales clerk was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The installers were clean, friendly, efficient, and willing to educate me. The door and fixings look fabulous. Clean-up was perfect. My only wish is that they would paint it but they do not provide that service.

They were terrible. Had no knowledge of the product. Could not find inventory.

I was not impressed with them at all. They did not tell me when they were coming to do the carpet. In fact when we were leaving they were coming in to do the job. They also left tile in my front yard. I have tried to call back several times and they did not call me back. They did do a good job on my carpet and I wouldn't ever hire them again.

The company was prompt in showing up, and prompt on doing the work. I felt this company did good work on our home improvement. The Home Depot subcontracted the job of installing the blinds and furnace. I was happy with the completed job, and my overall experience with this company.

They are very good once you get past the actual purchase of the equipment. These people are wonderful in assisting you with info and accommodating your schedule. They came out and took a couple of hours to install. They showed me how to maintain and didn't leave any mess or disturb anything in my home. I was very pleased with their work and quality.

They did a great job! The carpet is nice. The quality is great and they knew how to lay it. The guys were on time and they were professional. We got exactly what we picked out. There were no problems running short on carpet and it was a real smooth job.

THE CLERK WAS PLEASANT AND TOOK OUR MEASUREMENTS FOR OUR WINDOWS SHADES, BUT WHEN WE GOT HOME, THEY WERE JUST A BIT SHORT OF THE SIZE WE REQUESTED. WE CONTACTED THE STORE TO ASK ABOUT THIS, AND THEY SAID THAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE PROGRAMMED INTO THE MACHINE AND THE CUT IS DETERMINED BY THAT. WE WILL HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO FIGURE IN THE ADJUSTMENT NEXT TIME WE PURCHASE WINDOW TREATMENTS.

We bought the carpet there and then they came and installed it. It looks great. It was a pleasant experience. The people were very helpful. We shopped around and Home Depot had the best offer for what we were looking for. The price was competitive.

This company did an excellent job. They had installed all new windows and solid wood cabinets. It looks spectacular. We had got everything we had selected and we are very happy with their designs. We shopped around and their pricing was outstanding.

They do very good work, and I have a very large house, and it was hard work and everything is under warranty. The crew they sent out was excellent. They were very nice, and very qualified to do the work that had to be done.

They did a very good job. They were 1/3 the cost of Sears. We got two French doors for 2,500. One is 8 foot and the other is 6 foot. Plus, they put in 4 windows for 2,100. They are real good on their prices and are very professional. They show up on time.

My experience with this company was decent. They are fairly priced as far as I am concerned. They are pretty convenient when it comes to working around your schedule. They are sub contractors for Home Depot. They come out and installed the windows and did ok.

My experience was mostly good. There are a few areas they could be a little more convenient about it. It is a big store with lots of customers. In taking this in account it, is necessary for time to time, but the pricing is the best you can find anywhere.

Very nice people; although I get someone different all the time, they all do a wonderful job and they are all quite professional. They really know what they are doing. They don't just come in and throw things together. They actually come in and do the job right.

Home Depot installed our carpets & I was impressed that they employ such honest people. They had a wonderful selection & I received outstanding service. They were great. We picked the carpet out & within the week they were here putting it in.

THE WORKMEN CAME IN THE TIME FRAME THEY HAD ANNOUNCED. THEY WERE EXPERIENCED AND HAD THE DOOR OPENER IN AND ASKED ME AT MANY JUNCTURES OF THE JOB FOR MY INPUT.
