They were excellent. I have seen you have had advertisements in there for that kind of service. We didn't call at the time when I was looking because all the furniture that went on the area rugs was in the garage so they couldn't get to the garage. The guy was very nice. He was very efficient and very professional. It just went very smoothly. We thought we might need a brand new either opener or garage door but he was able to fix the rollers. It was very well done and in a greater scheme of things far less expensive for his service than it would have been to replace either the opener or the door itself.

Came and told us we needed to replace what were brand new springs with other springs. Used cheap springs, now one broke, just out of warranty of course. Stay away from these guys.

The garage door opener I had was very, very old and it stopped working. The garage door guy told me exactly what model to buy and installed it. He even replaced the stock chain shaft with one that he had which was sturdier. He showed up on time and took away all the old junk. Definitely a good experience.

Ron is the best. I had read the reviews on Angie's List, and although it was the holiday season (which delayed our appointment), I didn't want to hire anyone else. It was SO worth the wait. This man and his son are busy because they're great. Start to finish: professional, prompt, attentive. A real mensch!

Replaced part quickly; took about 30 minutes. Also lubricated the door and coils. Door works great now. Very happy with the service.

The Garage Door Guys were able to come the day after I called. They asked if we needed the service immediately which we didn't as we don't have cars in the garage. They were prompt and fixed the door in about 30 minutes. They also checked the system and lubricated the rails. Now our door is fixed and it also is quiet. Great Job

Wanted to use these guys, but couldn't get ahold of them. Called on four separate occasions, left three messages, waited a week and never heard back. Maybe it's busy garage door season. Sadly, I'll have to go with someone else.

Was there punctually. Fix issue and then lubricated and serviced the door and another door.

mr. mosher was very professional and courteous. he gave the lowest price without any coupons, and i was able to make appointment for the next day. he came on time, was courteous enough to open his shoes when he came into my house without being asked to, replaced the spring without any problem. he also give maintenance advice, and dismissed my idea of replacing the opener because it was still fine.

I called The Garage Door Guy because my roll up garage door was not functioning properly. He recommended a solution to the problem (which I am NOT going to describe because I want you to call this guy yourself!).
Timely call back. Problem solved. Zero dollars spent. Love this guy!
Seriously folks, he could have told me I needed new rollers, whatever, and I would never have known the difference.In my book, that kind of integrity deserves an A+ rating, even if he didn't do any actual work.

Mr. Mosher returned my call promptly and arrived early the next morning to look at the garage door. He was able to fix it immediately at a cost $20 below the phone estimate he had given me. The door is working wonderfully now and I would call Mr. Mosher in the future for services and would recommend him highly, as we found him to be honest, prompt, and most of all.....very competent!

It went very well. He advised me of the solution and it worked.

Ron was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and he was very helpful. He installed the opener, and then came back on the same day and replaced a hinge that was causing it to malfunction. Don't even bother calling anyone else. This was a positive experience from beginning to end. When Ron left, he told me to call him if I had any questions or if I encountered any more problems, and I will certainly do that. He's a good guy.

Ron installed a new opener that I had already purchased. He also greased the door hinges. He was quick and efficient. He was 30 minutes late, but got the work done in an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others for installation or repairs.

We are very satisfied with the work. He was able to come out fairly quickly after we made the call, provided a recommendation on the choice of the opener (we bought Chamberlain Chain Drive system, price not included in the amount above), and completed the work in approx. 1 hour.

I made an appointment for him to come out the next day, and he arrived very promptly with the right parts to fix the door. He took less than 30 minutes to replace both springs and lubricate the door. The cost was exactly what he said it would be (no trying to up sell anything here). He was very professional and prompt which is hard to find sometimes these days. His price may not have been the lowest, but it was not the highest by far either. In the end, you get what you pay for. I was very pleased and would recommend him.

He was a little earlier than he said he'd be there and was very friendly and informative. He replaced the springs quickly and even reinforced the door where it had been buckling due to the broken spring. Ron even gave some advice about a part that tended to wear out in the type of opener I had for future reference.

Ron came out the day after we made the appointment. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem, plus he tightened up screws and oiled it for us. He was slightly early and very reasonably priced. If your garage door is broken, call him first, you might be able to avoid getting a brand new door.
