The Fence Man was not the cheapest estimate I received, but I selected him because I felt the end quality would be higher (and last longer). He took the time to explain how he doesn't cut grooves into the horizontal top and bottom stringers (weakens the wood, causing warping). Am very pleased with the end result. His team was professional and showed up and completed the job on time.
