 + -1 moreI came in the shop prepared to leave my clock to be repaired. The gentleman said and quot;Just a minuteand quot;, got some tools and repaired the clock on the spot. When I asked how much he charged, he said and quot;No chargeand quot;. He was very pleasent. Iam very plesed with the results.
Description of Work: I had a wall clock which had hands that were not working properly. All it needed was a slight adjustment from the back of the clockworks. That was done without a charge.

Description of Work: 22 year old grandather Clock was not in working order. I called or repair, Recieved a estimate over the phone. The repair main ( I think rhe owner ) was right on time. Went to work right away. Diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix. He did recommend I have a through cleaning and oiling to be in the next two years/ He was pefect!

 + -1 moreWayne was on time, efficient and we only had to pay for the housecall. We couldn't ask for more!
Description of Work: We have a beautiful grandfather clock that was not chiming correctly. I had called one of the other clock repair stores on Angies list and they were happy to check the clock if I could bring it in. That was obviously not an option so I called Almaden Clock Shop. Wayne was helpful in walking me through what adjustments I could make at home and when that didn't work, we made an appointment for him to come out and check it out. Very quickly he was able to identify the problem and take care of it. The clock is now keeping perfect time and chiming when it is supposed to!

Description of Work: The pendulum in our "grandfather clock" fell to the floor bending the adjustment screw 90 degrees. He estimated $10 if he could heat the screw and bend it back, or $20 if more work was required. He said three days.
