Teton Electric provided timely, friendly, and professional remodeling support (which included some difficult crawl-space rewiring). We are quite pleased with the final result.

Mike and his crew showed up on time. He does have a couple of apprentices working with him but was okay since he supervised the work from start to finish. His original plan was to run a green wire from each outlets to the cold water pipes underneath the house. He decided however to instead tie the ground pin on each outlet to the neutral pin. He asked if this was acceptable to me and I said it was as long as it was up to code and safe. Mike assured me it was both and the work was completed. A week later I discovered that not only was the work Mike did not to code, but actually increased the odds of electric shock. I called him right away and explained that if you were to loose a neutral connection between an outlet and the breaker box, the ground would float up to 120V. He came out the next morning and said he would redo the entire job at no charge. Mike is a good guy but I don't think he's competent so be careful. On the upside, his prices do reflect his level of expertise : )

The estimator arrived on time. The workers arrived on time. The work completed within two hours.
