I've been a Sure Lock Homes customer for over 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. No major contracts - you own the monitoring equipment so if you stop the monthly monitoring service, you still have an alarm system in place. I like the fact that Sure Lock Homes is a local family-owned company. A local company you can trust and depend upon. Installation and maintenance have been a breeze. I plan on continuing for as long as I own my home. Greg is professional and fully explains options and benefits of different systems. I changed out to wireless/cellular once I dropped my LAN line phone a few years ago - not an issue at all. Customer service is great. Never had an issue in over 20 years! Thanks Greg!

Sure Lock was very responsive and gave me a ballpark quote to replace the keypad, battery, and motherboard over the phone. I made an appointment for Greg to come out and he showed up on time. His time estimate was right on (half a day), and he walked me through the user guide after installing the new parts. We tested the system and it works fine. Greg is friendly and professional and the work looks top-notch.

I changed my phone service. When I did The alarm company sent a signal to the alarm causing it to go off. Called Greg. He called me Sunday night and scheduled an appointment the next day. As always Greg told me what the problem was and how to repair it. He went to work on the repair. Resolved the issue in a short time. Greg is very friendly and very professional. I would recommend Sure Lock Homes for home security to my friends.

Greg Hiebert arrived I described the problem and he went to work immediately, with in a few minutes he was able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it.  He fixed and we haven't had a problem since!

GREAT SERVICE, NICE PERSONNEL, RELIABLE PRODUCT. I HAVE ACCIDENTALLY SET OFF THE ALARM AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CALL THEM WITH A 'SECRET PASSWORD' AND THEY HELP ME OUT. ALWAYS NICE, NEVER LAUGH AND ALWAYS CALM. IT'S NICE TO HAVE WHEN HOME ALONE AT NIGHT.

WE HAVE USED SHERLOCK ALARMS ON MANY OCCASIONS. THEY HAVE INSTALLED 3 SEPARATE ALARM SYSTEMS FOR US AND WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK

SURE LOCK HOMES HAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSONNEL. THEY KEEP CLOSE TABS ON OUR HOUSE WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME & ARE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH WHEN THE SYSTEM HAS PROBLEMS. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY, EVEN LATE AT NIGHT, TO HELP US WHEN THE SYSTEM HAS PROBLEMS.
