SUPER CLEAN

They did a great job. They repaired everything that was damaged. They responded very quickly. It happened during the night and we called that morning. They came right away. They were very accommodating in how we were going to deal with the payments. This was not the first experience we had with them. We had a bathroom overflow a couple of years ago. We could not believe how professional, how responsive and how accommodating they were to deal from the beginning to the checkup. They are always coming back to check up and they didn't really need to come. They gave it a few days to dry out. We were very impressed. They worked with our insurance. The insurance paid a little and we had to pay the rest. They would be our top company to go back to.

I am not sure, but they could have ruined my carpets. After the work was completed I notified them of the carpets condition and they wouldn't even give me a price break. My carpet is coming up now and I'm sure it is the companies fault. I never had any problems until this company came in and cleaned the carpets. I think it is the standard price but I am not sure.
