Salesperson was very helpful. We ended up buying a floor model from a different location. They sent out a pre-delivery inspection guy to measure the path to our backyard. The tub was too big to fit down our pathway so we had to use our neighbor's driveway and cut down some bushes. The three-man delivery team was prompt and professional. They made sure they positioned the tub exactly where I wanted it, installed the cover lifter, wiped the entire tub down inside and out, and connected the power. They also explained all the features and removed all shipping material. I later had some questions about how the tub operated, called them and they sent out a technician free of charge. I'm very happy with the tub and continue to buy all my chemicals from this store.

We had a problem with the Spa not holding water so we had not used the spa for 6 months; however, we filled the Spa up and when the Justin showed up the Spa was still holding water. He looked over the whole system and we discussed what possibly happened. Justin was very professional and informative especially since our Spa is 20 years old and still works well now.

Installation went well. We even went back to Sundance after the purchase to talk to Cliff and Johnathan about the the chemicals. A lot had changed re chemicals in 25 years! Anyway, we had some balancing problems at first with the amount of chemicals, but Sundance helped us figure out the amounts after we showed them pix of some of our foaming issues.
These guys are real professionals and they listen to your concerns. I would do business with them again.

WE LOVE OUR SPA! UNFORTUNATELY WE'VE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL WORKING AND THEY'VE COME RIGHT OUT TO LOOK AT IT. WE ALSO HAD A RARE ITEM BREAK AND THEY FIXED IT TOO. IF WE HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WE'LL ASK FOR A NEW ONE! THEY WERE TIMELY WITH DELIVERING IT AND WITH COMING OUT TO THE HOUSE. FRIENDLY STAFF AT THE SHOW ROOM AND HAVE GIVEN US COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS SINCE IT'S NEW.
