"CLIENT SELECTED A CONTRACTOR WHO WAS A PERSONAL FRIEND WHO PRODUCED POOR QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP WHICH THEY HELD US RESPONSIBLE FOR. CLIENT REFUSED TO PAY FOR PRODUCT INSTALLED THAT THEY ENJOY EVERY DAY SO WE WERE FORCED TO STOP WORK PER OUR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. STUDIO3 WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE THE CLIENT WHO WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND NOT ACCESSIBLE DURING MOST OF THE PROJECT, STUDIO3 HAD EVEN PURCHASED PRODUCT AT NO CHARGE TO THEM. THIS CLIENT ONLY CONTACTED US AFTER WE WERE FORCED TO SERVE A LIEN AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY TO RECOVER PAYMENT. STUDIO3 ALSO OFFERED THIS CLIENT A CREDIT IN GOODWILL WHICH WAS REFUSED. STUDIO3 IS AN AWARD-WINNING PUBLISHED ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIORS FIRM PRODUCING VALUED WORK TO A LONG LIST OF HAPPILY SATISFIED CLIENTS."
