 + -1 morePaul Silvas came to my house to talk about a job I want done in the back yard. After I spent time talking to him he said he'd get back to me with a bid by Monday. Never heard from him again.
Description of Work: He didn't perform any service since he didn't bother to get back to me with a bid.
