Horrible!!
Steve was a referral no less. He showed up late, did a walkthrough and I asked him to price several repairs around my home. I waited two weeks for a quote and nothing arrived. I followed up with an email with no response. I sent a second email another week later stating that his non responsiveness was unprofessional and if he doesn't want the job, to simply say so. He replied apologizing with an explanation that he was very busy in the last week (It was then 3 weeks since he had been to my home). He said he would send a quote by the end of that week. Nothing ever came.
Thanks to Steve I lost a month of my time waiting. I should have contacted other contractors at the same time, but since he was a referral I assumed he was professional. Wrong.

He has got a lot of ongoing work, and so you can't just call him up and ask him to be available. You will have to schedule him. But it is certain that once you schedule him, he is very punctual. His price is fair.
