They're pretty good and reliable. It's kinda hit and miss with whoever shows up. They give you a two-hour window which is nice, not a four-hour like most places so you don't have to wait around all day for it. If I speak to any friends or family about them, I would say use them. They're always available. As far as availability, you can usually get the date and time you want within a week so that's pretty good. They're certainly a lot cheaper than these small guys that come out. They're certainly in the ballpark. They're competitive and without going over. Their quality is usually good. They were really good about sending someone back.

They were punctual, friendly and very professional. Offer tips on keeping the carpet clean longer. They took approx. 1 hr. and 45 mins. got a stain out that other carpet cleaning companies couldn't. They provided a courtsey call 4 days after performing a service.

I usually use this company. I had new carpeting installed in 1988. This company was recommended by the people I had bought the carpets from. They have always done a very good job for me. I would recommend them because they do an excellent job on the cleaning. My rugs have always been clean because of their work. Everytime I have used them, I have always been pleased. Their price is always decent. Whenever I call them, they are always available. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule into theirs. There have been times when they have come out later in the day because I needed them to do the work. On their most recent visit, I spent $150. I thought it was fair. I will use them again in the future for carpet cleaning.

I like Stanley Steemer because they do a great job cleaning my carpets. They are careful to protect the furniture and they don't splash on my walls. I have even had them come to my house the same day I called. I normally have this company clean my carpets three times a year.

They did a fantastic job on the carpeting and the guys were real pleasant to talk to as well. They moved all the furniture and replaced it with guards underneath to protect the rug. I would recommend their services.
