He quickly decided it couldn't be fixed. I wasn't surprised, the maker of the charger had gone out of business and the car owner websites had tons of complaints about the BLINK units (yeah, my BLINK charger was completely on the blink). He suggested I get a $500 charger from Home Depot, but that was going to need to be ordered. So, he wired a 240 exterior outlet so I could install the new charger myself without needing an electrician by just plugging in the cord.
