My experience with them was good. I have had other work done by them before. He is busy a lot, so it was hard for me to schedule doing a smaller project. For example, I wanted to have my fireplace remodeled. He seems to have a lot of bigger jobs like kitchens, bathrooms and that sort of thing. I would not use him again in the future, because I think that he is too hard to schedule.

The work went very well from removal of the old materials promptly and carefully to the completed project.  Care was taken to insure the longevity of the new work by adding flashing along the house where fencing and deck meet, to extra support under the deck.  While the work was going on, the job was never left without making sure sure there was safe access to the yard from the house for both people and pets.

Jeff was always very professional, completing the job in the time promised, keeping the work area neat and clean, and having good communication on what I could expect.  I felt that I could always trust what he was doing and rely on him to do a good job.
