He did not do any work for me but I did appreciate his thoroughness.

It went great. Everything went smoothly as expected.

South Bay Gutters did not reply to my phone call prior to the December holidays. I was irked, so I called another guy (see other review)...[he responded, but blew off his appt]....so I called South Bay Gutters (again) after the December holidays. This time I spoke to a person. She was helpful. I explained the job and my main request was to please keep me updated with status and response...leave detailed voice mail (no and quot;I called, I missed you, call me backand quot; BS)...and they did! We exchanged 2-3 voice mails... She called once to just to tell me that he would be late in returning my call and not to worry - beautiful...We avoided phone tag and set the date. They called the day off asking for directions and arrived on time.

He (David?) showed up on time with a partner. He gave me a quote on the spot. It fit my the expense-limit that I had in my head. They were done in about 60-90 minutes. Very polite and courteous. He gave me heads up about a future (potential) flashing issue.

We are very pleased with this company. They are very personable. They are very informative and explains exactly what they are going to do. They are very easy to work with.

I had a couple of phone conversations about the problem. Dave came out while we were out of town, fixed the gutter, and called me later to discuss the situation. He suggested an alternative approach to keeping the gutters free of debris (he had installed "Gutter Guard," a type of filler, 4 years ago). I decided against changing the method (really, if I had ever cleared the leaves, branches, and other stuff from the roof, it would have been fine). He offered some other suggestions and advice. I thanked him, told him to bill me, and we left it at that. He has never charged me for the repair. These folks are responsive, friendly, and professional. I would contact them first for any work of this nature.

I completed this project prior to have my house painted. The job went excellent. They completed the job quickly. They knew what they were doing and described it to me from the ground. They created a model in the back of their truck to show me what it looked like up on the roof so they could describe to me what they wanted to do and allow me to authorize what they wanted to do. The guys were quick and efficient and pleasant to work with.

We got an estimate on a Saturday and the work was done the following Wednesday. Everything went very smoothly and the work was finished in about 4 or 5 hours. We were very happy with the outcome.

I am very happy with them. They saved me money because they showed I didn't need everything done that another company said I did. He did the job very quickly and professionally. The guy who came in was named David. He may be the owner.

I am very pleased with the result. They came to my home did a little extra work and did a very professional job at the original bid. I would highly recommend South Bay Rain Gutters.

Contractor was ontime and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

THIS OUTFIT WAS A REAL CLASS ACT. THEY WERE GREAT. THE RESULT WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE JOB TOOK TWO DAYS, WHICH WAS A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY ESTIMATED. IT INCLUDED SOME TRICKY DOWNSPOUTS, AS MY HOUSE SITS ON A HILL AND ACCESS TO THE DRAIN AREA IS NOT EASY.
