I've used SM Value before. I had an unusual appliance (spin dryer) that had its motor damaged by being plugged into a higher-than-appropriate voltage power source. Then I complicated it by trying to remove the damaged motor myself. Even though he had never seen this type of appliance before, he studied the technical specs in the manual, figured it out, and fixed it.
