Description of Work: Repaired 2008 iMac with crashed Hard drive. Replaced internal drive with 2 TB drive ($280). Also attempted to recover data from old drive, but no charge because not successful. If successful would have been $100. Essentially a one-person, one room operation. Mike was great. When I was called to pick up my computer I came right away, but only an assistant was there who did not know where my old drive was. I had to wait for 45 minutes sitting in an unconditioned hallway until she got an answer from regarding which was my drive -- and then she did not have a static free sleeve for it. But big picture is that my repaired iMac is still working fine a year later, and the cost was very reasonable. Note. Actual address is 20 Harold Ave. about 1/2 block off Steven's Creek Blvd. |
