I called and said my fridge wasn’t cooling & still under warranty. They were listed on LG’s website so I was asking about warranty work. They said they’d come out. I assumed the work would be under warranty. But he ended up spending no more than 3 minutes looking at the fridge & giving me a diagnostics bill for $120 & said LG could fix my fridge under warranty. SERIOUSLY? - He knew my fridge was still under warranty - He knew I could have it fixed for free by calling LG - He just wanted to fleece me out of $120 before I got a chance to call LG

They were prompt, and he was able to take care of it and get the part quickly. The dishwasher works wonderfully now! He was really flexible with payment as well.
