The team was also helpful in repairing some additional gas supply and water heater exhaust items that needed to be addressed. Charged me minimally for this extra work.

Rick, the owner was quick to respond for my request for a quote. He asked questions, looked at the current installation and provided a quote inclusive of everything required for the installation. I had originally asked for several quotes, including different efficiency models, furnace vs. heat pump etc. He provided those alternatives along with additional recommended options. For example, he explained the differences between single stage and dual stage operation, including cost differences and left the choices up to us.

The crew arrived with smiles, prepared with all the parts and got right to work. They not only did a great job, they went the extra mile. For example, we'd had an issue with rodents in the garage and they installed extra sheet metal around the top of the duct system so the furry creatures couldn't build heated condominiums just under the ceiling or access the inside of the walls.

During the installation, a part did break when they moved the air conditioning coil system to fit in the furnace. I e-mailed the owner. No argument, he got the part ordered and offered to replace it in a couple weeks at no charge, parts or labor.

We're tickled with the quiet operation of our new furnace and thrilled with the stressless installation. I highly recommend Silicon Valley Sheetmetal for HVAC installation, repair and maintenance. We heard about them through a friend in the construction industry.

SVS RAINGUTTERS CAME AND QUICKLY AND EASILY ADDED ON THE RAIN GUTTER. IT BLENDS IN PERFECTLY WITH THE OLD GUTTER AND WORKS FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE WORK WELL.
