All through the painting process, Ralph was very flexible and "can-do", coming back with quite reasonable prices for the extra work (versus other contractors who "jack-up" their price for extras). His work crew was thoroughly professional, demonstrating to us repeatedly that they were accustomed to paying attention to the little details: caulking baseboards, using ground cloths on routes to work areas, always clearing materials at the end of the workday, responsive to requests in short, giving great customer service. On the final day of painting, even after having packed up all their equipment, Ralph was still looking around to make sure that they had caught all the touch-up spots.
