The cameras that he put in originally, by no fault of his own, did not work. He was more than happy to help me with replacing the system with a newer, more high tech system. Because the project was done through contract with the lock manufacturer, he had no vested interests in anything but doing a good job. I will definitely reccomend him, and he is coming back to do more work for me.

Sherlock installers were very friendly and professional. The cameras were installed in the right locations, cables hidden and secured and out of sight. Installer carried extra cables and parts in his van in case I didn't have everything needed. System works very well. I recommend Sherlock for any security system installation. My expectations were exceeded.
