The work that he performs is okay we are happy with him. He leaves the area just fine, and I would tell a friend that we are very happy with him and we would recommend him.

There were no problems at all. Work was done as scheduled and within the estimate, and it has worked fine since.

The pool always looks great and I have not had any problems with algae build up. Mike has never missed a week and he usually comes on the same day of the week and at the same time (approximately). He is easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have about the pool. He is willing to provide additional services as needed. He is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

After a bad experience with my last pool service provider (mainly repeatedly not showing up to do the work), I checked Angie's List and called a few companies. After a nice conversation, I decided to give this one a try, and I'm glad I did. They coordinated their service day with what was convenient for me; they arrive every week and do the work. As I requested, they are careful to make sure the gate is closed when they leave. As occasional extra problems have occurred (for example, I had to empty my pool to have some work done), it has been easy for me to contact the owner and make arrangements to accommodate the problem. Also, their rates are very fair. I look forward to a long-term relationship with this company.

They do extra things for me, some things I don't even ask. I am very happy with the service. They get here regularly. They have a key to my backyard. Good people to work with.

During a regularly scheduled cleaning appointment, Efrain noticed a minor leak in one of the pipes. I appreciate his level of service so I don't have to think about anything other than using the pool!
