First of all, Service Master spilled water on my carpets that did not come out. Also, they did not do very thorough cleaning. I just was not impressed with them. They could have sent out more qualified or professional employees in addition.

The service was performed as expected. The company showed up on time, and they went behind doors and made sure that all carpet areas by baseboards were cleaned. The guy who actually did the cleaning was strange. He commented about the books in my daughter's room, and asked where I bought them. When I told him the stores that I purchased from, he went into a dialog about how they also had pornography in those stores, and he wouldn't buy from them. He then started talking about religion, and I asked him if he was done, and he said yes. I asked for the bill, paid him and he left.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY BROUGHT IN BLOWERS & DEHUMIDIFIERS TO DRY OUT OUR FLOORS. THEY HAD TO TAKE OUT THE BASEBOARDS & BLOW AIR UNDER THE HOUSE, AS WELL AS PUT ELECTRIC PROBES THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.
