There are a lot of real estate agents out there. [Frankly too many.] How many of you know a friend of a friend who is a real estate agent? Or a distant relative? Or the boss' wife? Would you want them to be your real estate agent? Is that how you would select your surgeon? Or your court attorney? No! You would want the best possible agent you could find... Especially if what you pay is the same regardless, right? 
Ok, so you want the best agent you can find to represent you - whether you are a Seller or a Buyer. How do you find a really top notch agent? Well, Angie's List is one way. Sara and I worked together for 68 days and she has been wonderful; responsive, organized, professional, inquiring, easy to work with, insightful, smart - in short exactly what you need in a tough real estate market like San Jose. I closed today on a town home Sara found for me and I could not be happier with her performance. If I had to buy or sell a home in the San Jose area I would not hesitate to use Sara. (and no I am not related to her and I never met her before I found her on Yelp). So this is a legit review and if you choose someone else to represent you as a real estate agent in the South Bay Area, I'm sorry.

His fees came out of our escrow fees. We were pleased with our experience. Charlie was very personable. We did not feel like he pushed us into making decisions. He was very calm and relaxed through the whole experience. He would accommodate us and meet us in the evening since my husband and I worked full time. We appreciated his flexibility to help us take care of our paperwork. He was caring and friendly throughout the entire process. Charlie was very competent. The best thing about Charlie was that he was friendly and genuine. He did not meet the typical "real estate agent" stereotype.
