Home Security System Service
When the man who installed the camera system 10 months before failed to provide follow-up service, I got another referral from the alarm company. Working with the owner John Wiley was a positive experience from start to finish.
His crew was on time and wasted no time getting the job done. When it was discovered that the replacement camera Mr. Wiley had purchased from a well-known electronics retailer was actually an old used one, he ordered another camera and sent a technician to install it and to double check for minor problems which ultimately cured themselves.
There remained some question about how to operate the remote software which enables me to see the camera images on a wireless network. Mr. Wiley returned at no charge to assist and check out the work performed by the technician a few days before.
There was also a question about a small charge on the final invoice which Mr. Wiley and I satisfactorily resolved.
