Scott made issues around the house 10x worse. Only one of the 6+ things we asked him to fix were fixed. There are now nails sticking out of our countertop from his error in installing (and failing to install) an appliance underneath. He also left trash around the home, continuously brought another contractor to work with him despite being asked not to several times, and generally performed basic services EXTREMELY poorly. Everything that he did (with one very exception) had to be taken apart and redone once he left. He then sent us a bill that was thousands of dollars. In addition, it took multiple requests before he agreed to send us copies of his receipts for the materials he bought for our house.

We received three quotes and Scott's labor was not only less expensive, but he offered several recommendations on the hardware. Unlike the other two, who just quoted an outrageously high labor and product price, Scott took the time to visit and quote in person. Furthermore, he actually told me how to get the best deal on the hardware by buying direct.
