Saratoga Plumbing Supply provided advice on the fixtures and sinks. Our project was delayed but they still provide the full discounts pricing even after the time limited.  In addition they looked up a replacement part for a shower fixture based a photo.  They also provide instrustruction so that I could perform the repair myself.

The people we worked with were patient and helpful, and provided competitive prices on mid- and high-range fixtures. Because the fixtures were for part of a major renovation project at the time (including a new kitchen and new bathroom), they nicely coordinated the delivery to the general contractor.

Their showrooms are quite lovely to visit, and if you want to get ideas for various water-oriented fixture, I encourage you to check them out!

They were very easy to work with and gave good advice. They were low pressure. They made recommendations that seemed very appropriate for us. We liked the salesperson that we worked with. He gave us some good advice and made some good suggestions. There were some accessories that we are going to need later and he was not pushing us to buy them right now. We were impressed with that. He explained that some things we didn't have to get the top of the line. The price was very competitive. We had looked on the internet. We were very pleased with the quality of the product. We had to order things and they came in within a couple of days and they let us know so they were responsive. They were very professional. We will be going back to buy more accessories for the sink.

I chose the store due to their average price range, exceptional service and selection. I order the toilet and the next day it was ready for pick up. I personally picked up the toilet.
