When I had the necessary paperwork I took that to them and asked for my deposit back. They told me I had to wait 11 months to get that back. I told them this wasn t my fault because they wouldn t let me leave it in my dad s name. They agreed with this. They told there was nothing they could do. I think this is outrageous.
Description of Work: I went there last week to pay a bill and have the water switched over into my name because my parent s house is now a family trust. They checked their database, but didn t show my name on there. They told me I couldn t leave this in my dad s name because he was dead and I couldn t put it in my name because I didn t have any proof that I was a co-trust and co-owner on the house. They told me I would have to put a deposit down and so I did.
