S & S TILE INC

We are prepping to paint our house. Our painter (R K Painting, Milpitas) recommended S&S for the work. We took them at their word. They are licenced and bonded, but we didn't need it. They came out, inspected and started the work only a couple of days later. It took 1.5 days to complete. After I inspected, I found one board that I had expected to be replaced was not replaced. After a phone consultation we discovered there was a miscommunication and I was given 2 options to complete the work. I choose the cheaper option - fill and prime. They came the next day and made it right. They cleaned up every day after their work and I appreciated that. The last day they left some hand tools, and after a short communication from me, they came and picked them up without hassle. I can't comment on price, since I only had one quote, so I don't know how they compare. I was told they tend to be a bit higher than average, but worth it on their quality. I tend to agree on the limited information I have. Best of luck!
