Sahak and his assistant were punctual, and were fully equipped for the job.  I explained the problem, which was intermittant, so it could be expected to be hard to find.  They went to work and checked the lighting circuit that had shown the problem.  Within a few minutes, they identified the cause of the problem and set about revising a poorly-designed wiring splice to a safe and code-compliant form.  The work involved removing and replacing three lighting fixtures, including two flush-mounted ceiling fluorescent fixtures that were quite clumsy to handle and very dirty.  They spent about three hours at the house, and they worked very productively during that time.  Sahak's technical knowledge and professionalism are very impressive.
