We have had a issue with rats in the attic on/off for about a year. I called RPM and spoke with a very nice lady who told me about their services. She scheduled Keith for a free estimate. I was pleased about this because a couple of the places I called including planet orange asked for a credit card for a deposit despite their website stating they offer free estimates.

Keith was a bit early for our appointment which I was very please about. He walked around the outside of my house looking for entry points. He found a few places where the rats could be getting into our attic and under the house. He sealed up those places and set traps in the attic. He will come back this week to see if any rats were caught. He explained that he will be back until we do not hear the rats anymore and then the 6 month warranty starts from that point. I was very please at the professionalism and communication from Keith. I cant wait for this problem to be taken care of for good.

We have had serious ant problems in the house for many years. I tried caulking the seams of every crack in the house, which helped, but in the end we decided we had had enough. We had done business with RPM in the past (rodents), so we knew their prices were reasonable. A tech came out and sprayed inside the house and outside. He asked me to let him know if the ants returned so that he could perform a (free) follow up spraying. He came back for this, and since the spraying no ants have returned. He talked about having regular sprayings to keep them away, but the conversation was very no pressure (unlike some of the other exterminator companies). He left it up to me to decide how often they should come back to spray. Definitely would use them again for this.

RPM answered our call immediately, scheduled a convenient time to meet and was on time all visits. Keith Reuter is very polite, professional and thorough in asking questions and examining all possible areas where rodents can enter the house. He used care in entering all rooms/attic, was careful to keep everything clean, and explained the entire process. He did find a rat in one trap under the house, and none in the attic where he had sealed an opening. His work includes a 1 year warranty, so that if we see signs of rodents we can call for "free".

Keith Reuter the owner came; we have used him before. He is very professional, courteous, and charges a very fair price. We would definitely call them again if we had a problem.

This company does good work. I have been using them for a long time. They just are off schedule sometimes. The people that come out for this company are nice. The prices they charge for their service are good. I plan to keep using this company in the future. I have been happy with their overall performance.

I am satisfied with their service and with their work. The problem went away and I have not been bothered with ants since. The pricing was fair and they did a good job.
