They sanded and refinished most of the upstairs and the family room area. The one that didn't have much of finishing work was just re-coated. They were pretty prompt and one of the things that came as bit of a surprise was that they should have warned me about what they did. They did hardwood flooring in the bathroom and to do a good job they removed the toilet fixture and I had to bring in a plumber to re-install it. Unexplained work is sort of failure to communicate but overall they did a good job. They were back and forth about the options they gave; like to script the works down and fixing one problem was worth taking the extra problem which I appreciated. I probably might use them in future if needed.
