Dan Rossetta, the owner, came out to the house to determine the square footage and brought multiple samples for inspection and choice. He explained the ridge vent concept and after review as mentioned, I chose his company. Due to the many houses that were being done in the area at this time ( people remodeling, selling or fixing), I had to wait for my turn. I did not mind this because although my roof was beginning to shed shingles, it was intact. Dan called me in January and told me if I was ready, they would be there the following week. The crew arrived promptly and began removal. I talked to Dan this day and I had previous mentioned, that if at all possible, could they extend a section of the roof above the front door. This would allow packages delivered to stay dry if it rained also us as we entered the house. He and his lead came up with an excellent design. Half the roof was stripped the first day. ( There was a possibility of slight rain which the crew was prepared for. (tarps-- etc). The next day they completed the removal. They discovered a few areas under the eaves that showed signs of dry rot. Dan called and notified me. The price for replacing the plywood at these point seemed more then fair. The following day the shingles arrived in the morning and work began. At this time I was also working with a company that would be installing 2 sunlight tubes on my roof which Dan coordinated. The extension over the doorway was completed at this time and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The job was completed by the 4th day with exception of painting the flashing due to slight moisture in the air. This was completed the following Monday. Dan has a top notch crew and a fantastic lead. I would recommend this company to any and everybody.

Their price was in line for the area, I wouldn't say I stole it but the price was reasonable. The workmanship was just fine and they did exactly what they said. I have an old house and they had to do some additional work where the roof connects to the house. They were able to figure out the additional work and did not moan and groan about it. They were always on time and cleaned up very nicely. The only problem I've had is that some of the paint on the brow vents is flaking off, this is a very minor problem though. I was extremely pleased with their performance and would recommend them to anyone, particularly if you have a home that is not standard or cookie cutter. They even repaired some termite damage by replacing about 4 feet of ceiling joist and some rafters, they did so without damaging the cathedral ceiling underneath. They removed some asbestos too. All of the employees seemed very responsive and responsible, they did a good job covering the house when we had rain so we wouldn't have to get wet.
It's been winter since installation and we have had no leaks or shingle problems.

They were excellent. I would regard them as expensive but I assume they did a very good job.

The whole roof replacement went well. The crew was polite and cleaned up each day before leaving. We are very happy with the results.

He is very entrepreneurial; he developed a special venting system that he uses on his roofs which is patented. They were very prompt and worked continuously until they got the roof done. The staff was very friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves every night. They have their own tear off team so they don't outsource that work; it is all part of their company.

This company was very good. I was happy with the excellent quality and professionalism this job received from this company. The workmanship was very good. The crew for the company did a very good job cleaning up after the job was complete. The workers were very nice and were very time efficient.
