I was happy with their service. They did an excellent job. They were prompt. They came out when they said they would and the job was done in a couple of hours. It looks great. Pricing was good, as well.

They did a good job. It was a standard carpet cleaning rate. It may have been a little less. The cleaning was adequate.

They did a very good job. The gentleman was very friendly and conscientious. He took his time and didn't rush the job even though it was a small job.

Owner Joe Sousa and his grand-nephew performed the work. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Cleaning was well-done and thorough. Both workers were cautious not to damage anything. Would recommend without hesitation.

Joe and his assistant arrived right on time. They worked hard on a very dirty carpet, doing just the traffic areas as I requested. He made no promises since the carpet was so soiled, but the results were spectacular. He's very honest- didn't try to talk me into carpet protector. He said it wasn't worth it. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the next year's cleaning. Very nice people, too!!!
