Romito Painting

Romito Painting arrived on time to bid and delievered a competitive bid when promised. The work was done on time and budget! No hidden fees or nickel and diming. They were effeicient, clean and respectful of my time. Do yourself a favor and hire them!! These are now my go to guys without a doubt.

He is very good. He does not up sell at all. He is very friendly. He is very down to earth. I highly recommend him. He was very clean. We would use them in the future.

The project went exactly as he had told us it would and the doors looked better than he told us we could expect. He's a real pro.

Mike Romito had painted two other houses in our neighborhood. Both came out nicely, and both owners recommended him highly. We ended up using him on the strength of the other reviews, and were extremely satisfied with his work. Mike did careful preparation before the painting, and primed and patched all the iffy places. He did a neat and satisfactory job on painting the whole house, and I found his trim work very good. Our house needed a lot of detail work - several areas where paint was beginning to crack, peeling paint on siding that had been hidden by bushes, and lots of places where hand painting was needed for trim. He took appropriate time to do all this work. He was also extremely professional. He was very careful with power-washing to avoid getting water in the house, showed up promptly each day, worked around the obstacle course around our house, was social, and did a great job cleaning up the job site after each day's work. He primarily works alone, so he took several days to complete the whole house. We didn't have a problem with this, and I was just grateful that he was focusing on doing a good job. I'd use him again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend him to friends, whether they're in Eichlers or not. I was really grateful he had the experience with Eichlers already. He was also very patient with me when I removed downspouts and refabricated new ones just before the job. I was hoping he could prime and paint the wall behind the old downspouts, but only realized later that this probably increased his work on the job. . He also did more than I expected by repainting the new ones and putting them up to make sure he could paint them to his expected level of quality.

Because of our past experience with Mike and his familiarity with our house I did not request an estimate. I trust him to provide a fair price and do a great job. He has never diasappointed me.
