Jay came out and just seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. Worked easily with him, as he was okay with us or him buying materials. Gave great creative suggestions on what to do and plan for. For example planning for future electrical needs and where we might want to put outlets, switches and fixtures in the future.
Also, it was good that they suggested how to come up with creative ways to use material. For example, we had some extra flooring lying around and we managed to build a seating wall from that. we also re-used tile for portions of the bathroom. RSB suggested all of that. They were reliable and on time. Seemed to care about the project a lot which is nice.

The gentleman I spoke to was very well informed. He was very professional. They did the work great and they cleaned up after themselves. The workers were outstanding. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would use them again in the future.
