This company is hard to beat in every aspect. I feel like they are one of the best out there for this type of service. The workers and sales reps were very sensitive in their dealings with me. It only took them about a day and a half to complete the project.

Evan sold the windows to us. He was great. Avto and his crew came to install. They were on time, and installed in one day. They broke my window sill in the kitchen, and lied about doing it, they tried to talk me into it being done previous. After debate the sill was replaced. The stucco work around the sliding door cracked, and also they left without finishing the trim around the outside window in the kitchen. Had to call and talk to Vladamir several times complaining before the work was completed, even though Avto's crew had been out two times after install(1 to pick up the tools they left, 2nd to start the patch stucco work) then had to leave and come out a 3rd time to complete the job. They finally patched and finished the stucco and trim, and then the stucco cracked around the kitchen window. They trimmed the inside of the kitchen window nicely, although was wishy washy on a price to charge. I'm hiring someone else to finish the job, I'm tired of dealing with them. Hard to understa

The company has come out 3 times to measure the screens. The first time back they had the wrong screens. Since then they have come out twice to measure and each time have lost the measurements and have to come out again.

The windows look pretty good and they installed them in a day. They cleaned up all the mess. I am really happy with the windows. They were professional and nice. The back door wouldn't lock but they came out a few times until it was fixed right.
