"We find it necessary at this time to respond to this review because what you are saying is not accurate at all. Your husband called us on 7-12-2017 at 10:07 am to set up an appointment and we told him our next available appointment wasn't until 7-31-2017, we also suggested him to look around to see if he can find someone sooner. Your husband then stated he would call us back if he couldn't find anyone sooner and he did call back on 7-12-2017 at 10:10 am and accepted the appointment for 7-31-2017. He then asked if there were any earlier openings on the schedule to be moved earlier if possible. On 7-17-2017 Ray was able to squeeze him in. Your husband agreed to the earlier appointment and accepted it, which would replaced and cancel the original appointment set for 7-31-2017, because we where seeing you on 7-17-2017. We then went out and saw your refrigerator. Ray offered to fix your refrigerator on the spot but your husband couldn't make up his mind even after talking to you on the phone for 15-20 min. You had 30 days to decide weather you wanted the job done and we would not charge you a second trip charge if you decided to complete the job within the 30 days. Your husband then called back on 7-25-2017 9:22 am to let us know you had decided to get the work done and wanted an appointment. At that point we advised him the next available appointment wasn't until 8-7-2017, which he agreed to. He then called us on 7-31-2017 and said he had an appointment on that day but forgot that that appointment had been replaced with the one we completed on 7-17-2017 and demanded us to go there on the spot due to him taking the day off which was impossible because we had a full schedule. Upon talking to us he realized he made a mistake and just wanted to brush over it and make it our fault and wanted the trip charge refunded to him, blaming us for his confusion, which clearly wasn't our fault. Every call is recorded on our system with date and time. He demanded his trip charge refunded after Ray squeezed him in and spent 40 min between diagnosing the appliance and waiting while you both talked on the phone for 15-20 minutes deciding what to do. We are an honest company and our customers come first this is why we couldn't cancel someone else appointment to accommodate you when you actually had an appointment already scheduled for 8-7-2017. Even at that we agreed to refund you your $85 dollars, which we mailed to you. Our company has always been RO Appliance and has never been called Lorenzo Appliance not sure who you called before or whom you are referring to but we have had our technician Lorenzo see multiple appliances for you, It is interesting after servicing multiple appliances for you since 2016 you decide to write a fictional review. But still wish you the best and we will no longer be servicing you."
