Robert responded promptly to my email query, same day as promised. He asked for photos of the tasks to be done, clarified details of the work in advance, and scheduled a time. He came punctually on the scheduled time, prepared with replacement parts on hand and completed all the repairs (except the sheet rock which has to dry before it can be painted). His communication is clear and courteous, and the workmanship excellent. I'm happy that the broken things at home are fixed and working again.

Robert did a great job on everything. He was on time, did what he was supposed to do and a couple of extras as they came up.

Robert arrived exactly on time when checking what needed to be done for an estimate. (Replace the flooring under the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink). Emailed us and exact quote.

Arrived to do the job exactly on time. Had all the necessary equipment needed to do the job.  Very professional and courteous, clean, exacting and quite.  The job was finished completely on time and done better than anything we had hoped for.

Robert, came out and did a great job replacing my old wood garage attic stairs which broke to a new metal one.

The new deck and gate looked sharp and were of high quality. Robert is a diligent, low-key, and honest gentleman who performed his work unobtrusively and with professionalism at all times.

It went great! Finished timely and I thought the price was fair.

The immediate problem was a smoke alarm in an very inaccessible location
that was beeping periodically and driving my tenant nuts.
We needed a handyman primarily because we needed more than just a simple extension ladder in order to access the smoke alarm.
Rick showed up on time and had all of the equipment that you could expect with him ready to go.
While there, he also took a look at some wiring issues to an outside
lamp and fixed that while waiting on me to purchase a replacement smoke
alarm at OSH.
I've got him in my phone book for the next time I need some quick work.

Robert came out 3 days in a row since you can only work in the attic until it gets to hot and did non stop work with great care. He always checked with me on the locations of the vents he was going to install, timer controls on the wall and any issues he might have found while working in my house and even corrected some electrical issues we found from the previous owners. Robert tested and demo'd everything to me and even cleaned up after himself and was very careful around my pets and kept the doors to the house closed.
I was so impressed with Robert I asked him to come back out after I bought a double electric oven, which needed to be installed with some slight kitchen cabinet changes to the opening so the oven would fit. Robert did great work again and my new oven now fits and looks great.

He completed the work as quoted and communicated as promised.

The contractor was professional and helpful. We don't live in the same city as the rental unit and he was able to communicate with us via email to get us the information we needed to made the decision to prioritize and complete the work.

Overall the job went very well. He was promp and stayed within his estimate. He cleaned up every day after he did his work. He was polite and professional.
