He did all the postings and showings to rent my place.  He screened all the tenants and did the background checks.  He and I wrote the lease together; he had a regular lease and some of the things didn’t apply because it’s a condo and not an apartment and there are condo rules.  I added things that were unique to the condo and removed some things that weren’t relevant.  He is the main contact for the tenants so I don’t have to be bothered by anything.  If there needs to be repaired, he takes care of it.  He is authorized to do smaller repairs and for larger repairs he will ask for permission.  Now that everything is settled, I don’t anticipate dealing with this property for a year until someone decides to move out.  I am very happy with him.  I called a few people and the cost was exactly the same.  That seems to be the fair market rate.  He is very communicative and very professional.
