This was for a house move-out in which I have obviously moved out. Cleaning person showed up with NO cleaning tools, equipment, or supplies at all. There were specific instructions that drawers had to be vacuumed out, windows, baseboards and walls were to be cleaned. None of which was done. Neither the oven nor the dishwasher surfaces were cleaned. The house was empty so it should not have been that hard to do the move-out services. Very disappointed. I had to spend another couple hours cleaning up all the stuff she missed.

Reina & Debbie's House Cleaning had previously cleaned our home and did a fantastic job. I reached out them a second time as we wanted to have them clean our home again. Received no response. So, found another service which is a good job, but not to our complete satisfaction. We needed a deep cleaning again, so again reached to Reina & Debbie - again no response. Since they have been unresponsive, I doubt that I will give them another chance.

Perfectly, but they did tell us that we will need to have another round of deep cleaning as we have a big house. I definitely want to try and get them back before the Christmas holiday!

They gave us a quote quickly, and did the work soon there after. The estimate was higher than they actually charged. They arrived on time and went above and beyond to scrub laminate, tile, and linoleum to the cleanest it has been since they were new. If we weren't on limited income, we'd have them back regularly. They worked around 4 adults trying to stay out of their way.

It's still going and it's been a year since they started. I have a 2500 sq. Ft. House, with 3 adults, 2 dogs, 1 cat and we use the kitchen a lot. It REALLY needs cleaning when they come and it's amazing when they're done. Pleasant and professional. I had them for a deep clean initially and decided to hire them ongoing. I was quoted a lower price but am paying them what I think they deserve for such good work.

We have only had the deep cleaning so far, but the house looked great. Very happy with the outcome. We had been using another service for several years - which started out great, and progressively got worse. Reina & Debbie did a fantastic job...one or two things left out, but we didn't go over the items when we walked the house before they did the work. I loved the way they folded all the towels in the bathrooms & kitchen --- looked like a fancy hotel! LOL!

Really well. I always appreciate good workmanship, and everything they did they did very well. They took off their shoes when they came into the house on my request, and got to work immediately. There were a couple of spots I pointed out that I noticed during my walk through, and they were immediately rectified; without any excuse or fuss. Afterward, Reina asked me to be as thorough as I could be and check spots I was concerned about, so that they could be sure of my satisfaction. The price was a little bit steep, but the work was very well done. Would definitely hire again!

It exceeded my expectations! Soooo thorough!!! Amazing price for the hard work they did. They literally cleaned every surface in the house including scrubbing the inside of the fireplace! FANTASTIC! 3 workers for 5 hours. I now have them coming on a monthly basis for $100.00/month. Definitely a great service at a great price!

They do a fantastic job, especially considering the difficult situation, with my mother's dementia. They are also extremely helpful, caring, and flexible. I feel very lucky to have found them. They were recommended by my mother's friend, and I have recommended them to other people. They are always willing to take on whatever I request. I literally don't know what I would do without them!

Very well. Reina,Debby and her sister have been working for us for almost 6 years now. They are reliable, friendly, clean the house very well and not very expensive. When they leave the house just feels so clean and tidy...i would highly recommend them.
