Derrick was early, very professional, came and gave me a quote, rates were reasonable, He is very upfront on the problems, that may arise, wonderful experience, they are my go to plumber they are coming back out to add a shutoff valve under my kitchen sink, and replace hot water heater.

I don't know how to use the computer so I wrote them a letter. They are superb and are diamond certified. They were here for three days and the plumbers who came were superb. I had other quotes for $13,000 to $15,000 from other companies but they gave me a superb price. Their price was very reasonable. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

In a word, 'remarkable'! James arrived at 9:00 a.m. and I simply explained the problems. I had purchased a replacement faucet set for each sink about 6 or 7 months ago, but because another company quoted me $540, I kept putting off the repair until I had company coming in for Mother's Day. Keep in mind I only have one bathroom. James went straight to work and when it was finished, the cost was a fraction of what I expected. It is so exciting to have this work done for what I consider to be a fair and reasonable price. It gives me faith and hope that I can take care of my home! Long story short...James completed all repairs and installed new faucets in 1.5 hours! I am ecstatic!

They did well. We have had no problems with their work. I will use them again in the future.

The price included new fixtures. He did a good job. We didn't compare prices.

I noticed my water heater, which was old, ugly and on its last legs, was leaking on Saturday morning (of course!). I monitored it over the weekend and then called San Jose Plumbing on Monday morning. Upon telling them the problem, i was told one of the plumbers would call me. Angelo called and I explained the situation and he gave me a ballpark cost estimate on replaceing the water heater. I finalized the appointment for Wednesday morning. The leak was starting to grow and I was starting to get a bit concerned.
Wednesday morning came and Angelo arrived at the appointed time, took one look at it, and said the last rites for the water heater and drained it immediately. Suggested a couple fo improvements like putting in the water pan and left shortly afterwards to get a new heater. Came back and installed the heater, cleaned up after himself and left. total time from initial arrival to finishing the job and leaving was 4.5 hours which included the trip to the store to buy the new heater.
The total cost for the new water heater was at the upper end of his estimate. He did however, put in a the new pan and all new parts. Lastly, i will say that Angelo was very, very good to deal with and comes through as a person with integrity. He is an efficient worker and gets the job done with minimum fuss.
