He did everything as requested and identified additional problems that needed to be corrected. Everything he does is to local building code. I highly recommend using Ray.

Mr Torres "Ray" came out with his roofing team to look at the job and to give a quote shortly after the team started. We had a very bad leak they were able to replace all plywood along with the eaves and they did an extra layer of protection before roofing. This season we have had some pretty bad rains. Mr. Torres “Ray” personally came by to make sure we had no leaks. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. At the end of every workday all debris was picked up and taken away. Will I use Ray Torres and Associates again, ABSOLUTELY!!!! We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood hands down
