Rainieri Roofing,

Raineiri roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor, who is also a Realtor. She said that he is highly respected in the roofing community. I liked him very much. It was difficult to decide between him and Tip Top Roofing because I liked both of them a lot and they both were definitely comparable in their quotes and the materials they used. Their were three main reasons I chose Tip Top Roofing instead. 1. detail of the quote. Tip Top was much more detailed and that appealed to my husband. 2. Tip top uses all new flashing and Raineiri reuses ones that seem good. I just was a bit uncomfortable with that. 3. The cost for the two was very close but Tip Top quoted ridge venting in the garage as well and the cost was slightly cheaper. If I had not gotten Tip Top's review, I would have been happy to use Raineiri Roofing. I would have asked him to detail the quote and use new flashing and I would have been fine with them.
