Communication is key to me so I've emphasized that when hiring Randy's team and he talked a lot about communication. After 5 months of service, it's essentially non-existent to a point where the company cannot even fix the mistakes on their own invoices after the customer contacts them numerous times about it. I've explored several ways of communication with them and, to a quick email, I'd sometimes get a response in 2 weeks and there was always an excuse for the delay (family, sick, etc). I've switched to bi-weekly maintenance for the winter and the team is starting to skip weeks when maintenance is due without any notice. When at the property, the team spends a lot of time leaf-blowing, which may not be all that necessary. I'd rather they spend time pulling weeds or other specific items that were discussed upon hire in-person and noted in follow-up emails. I've tried to test the team by not cleaning or cutting something as obvious as dead plants in hanging baskets - 2 visits go by and I'm the one who ends up doing the 5 minute task. This is just one example of a glaring, obvious item for the gardening team to take care of, since it's in a visible spot and looks very ugly, plus, this is something we've talked about in person and, again, via email that was ignored. I also wasn't sure if the team sprays fruit trees or fertilizes them if I provide the materials and asked for a referral for an arborist - those questions were ignored.

They are always professional and thorough, and the owner, Randy, is very invested in every yard and ensures that it meets his quality expectations. They have also won Best in Silicon Valley for multiple years in San Jose Mercury News, so I know I am not the only satisfied customer!

They periodically come out and do the maintenance work. They are employed as landscapers but they do a good job when it comes to maintenance work. They come out each week and consistently do a good job.

So far so good. The crew comes out to my residence each week and does a really good job. They mow the lawns, edge them ,trim the bushes, cut the dead branches and use their blowers to clean up the debris. They also do special projects ie trim oleanders, plant trees etc.And their prices are quite reasonable.Plus the quality of their work is very good.

He did not move dead parts unless asked. He did not do what I thought he was supposed to have done. He's a nice person, though.

The owner is Randy Miller. I love him. The roto-tilling work and the gutter cleaning work is not his primary business. It is just something that he does for his customers.

They are very good. They maintain a very good personal relationship with us and they there couple of crews and they give personal attention to each of my plants and they do exactly what we want them to do. I like to deal with people who are very professional and they are very professional and very knowledgeable. He also has good references for the work that he doesn't do. I just rely on them for anything related to gardening and also sometimes handymen services. I would rate them high overall and would continue to use them in the future.
