This was one of the places I got a quotation for the task. He gave me a good deal on the price which was at least 600.00 less than all the other Milgard dealers. He told me it would take Milgard 4 weeks to deliver. After the windows arrived, they found out one of my front facing windows was the wrong size, and it would take a week for it to arrive. The other windows were installed okay. They did encounter some difficulty in removing my old sliding glass door and unnecessarily damaged the interior wall which could not be completed hidden with 4" molding. Some broken glass was tracked into my house even though they did cover the work area. On the windows they did install their were hand prints left on my walls. Clean up afterwards was ok. The next week the replacement window was the wrong size, so another was ordered and it would arrive next week. When I looked at it, the window was scratched. Can't finish because ran out of space.

The windows were installed over a period of two days. Everyone who showed up to help install them was very nice and professional, and they tried to keep our house clean. The new windows are great- the house is quieter and cooler. Overall, a good experience.

They took out all the old windows & installed new ones. They took care of disposing of them at no extra cost to me. I was impressed at how good the windows fit. They did not have to come back at all as they did the job right the first time. I am very satisfied with the quality of windows they installed.

They were not friendly. I guess they're all like that anymore. We pay the money, and they don't care. We paid 6,000 for 9 windows. They do sloppy work, and didn't clean up good. I don't like the way the frames are bigger and I have less window room.

I am really happy with this service. The windows look great and everything was done exactly the way it should have been done. Very prompt service and nice people. They were very professional. I would use them again if I had to, but hopefully I will not need too many windows anytime soon. Price was kind of high but the service was excellent.
